This book was actually so good.

At first it was like meh, but when you get to like 30% it starts to get interesting and addicting.

I read this book pretty fast and it was definitely an easy read.

I just love the roommate trope. This is like friends to lovers which isn't my fav trope, but bcs it came from the roommate trope, I liked it very much.

I just loved Dylan. I'm so glad he had a unique nickname for Zoe-Flash. Because every time she saw him she disappeared like Flash. Even though he sometimes called her baby (that was also cute tho). And he was so caring and in love. I just love jelaous men. But he was acting kind of childish now and then (I won't spoil it).

This wasn't that spicy. Only 2 spicy chapters. :( .
So I would say this is on the NW side, something between YA and Adult.

I think Ella Maise might be becoming one of my fav romance authors.
