Wow! That was a hell of read! Loved it✨️

This book is so captivating and dreamy. It's so interesting to read about how Nahri tres to make the best out of her life in Daevabad and about the thoughts and actions to start a revolution take place. It's really wonderful and realistic and leaves me feeling wanting to read more. Which is definitely going to happen by the way this book ended, the cliff hanger is crazy!

Nahri is still lovely and amazing! It's great to see her fight more fiercely then before!

Jamshid robbed my heart and Ali is more prominent than in the previous book, which is nice.

I felt like I couldn't despise Dara more after book 1 but turns out; I can. But like in the best way. Love to hate this character. Everyone needs one. I know a lot of readers simp for this men, good news: you get to learn more bout him in this book.

There also a new protagonist introduced, one more evil and horrible then Ghassan ever could be. And it's thrilling to read!

I have to say sometimes parts took a bit long, I feel like some passages should have shorter, but it was great non the less.

I do recommend reading the first book before you pick op this one. There's a lot of background that you might need ❤️ Also it's a great book, so you should read it!
