Read it in one couch sesh - couldn’t put it down!
I hadn’t enjoyed her last few books and worried that everything was downhill after Brendan but I loved this one, feels like she got her mojo back!
Side characters were delightful and banter was A+. Heat was chef’s kiss, sometimes I cringe at her smut but this time she crushed it.
Fans of It Happened One Summer, run don’t walk. Also intrigued to see what she does with Sig and Chloe, that teaters on creepy but hasn’t gotten there quite yet.
Would highly rec to friends, going on my bookshelf instead of in the free library
