My mom recommended this one and I wasn’t sure I was going to like it based on her overview and the inside summary (which is why I typically try to avoid reading those), but I jumped right in and the writing style immediately hooked me. I read it in about a day because I wanted to know what happened. There were a lot of twists and I wasn’t sure what the resolution was going to be, so that was satisfying. I do feel like there are a LOT of thrillers/suspense novels that deal with podcasters lately, and while it was well-done here, it made me think of about 4 other books I’ve read in the past year. I love the author’s writing, though, and want to read more from her.
