Love, Theoretically by Ali Hazelwood

5.0

This was my 4th Ali Hazelwood book to read and probably by far my favorite. Elsie was one of the most relatable characters. She overthinks, is a people pleaser, and just has a lot going on! I really connected with this character more than I have in a long, long time! I love the character development that we get throughout this book. Ali does an amazing job of showing just how much work goes into working on yourself! I love that even in the epilogue, we see that overcoming the fear of being unlovable isn’t something that can magically be fixed by one single event.

Jack is my absolute favorite male main character out of the Hazelwood books I’ve read. He is patient, loving, and pushes Elsie to be the best version of herself. I loved how he puts his needs out in the open, and is patient yet firm when helping Elsie be honest with herself and others. Their relationship was so sweet and pure. 5/5 stars
