Hearing about Lily Allen’s journey was interesting - I didn’t know very much about her life. She had some tough times for sure. And I really liked hearing about the impact her story had with regards to support for victims or stalkers.
However, listening the the audiobook, she sounded bored most of the time. Made it hard to listen to. She admits in the Q&A at the end that she feels uncomfortable reading her work. But come on. People are spending money to hear you. Buck up.
