I usually don't reach for books like this, so for me to like this, it must've done a good job, right? Well, I don't have anything to compare it to, since it's the first book of its kind I've read.

While I had to get used to the writing style (which is unlike what I usually read) I still quite liked it. Though, sometimes the conversations felt a bit too unnatural, like they were, well, scripted (which I guess they are scripted but you know what I mean, right?).
However, I liked the topics it touched upon and the general themes of this book. While some might not find the end of the book incredibly satisfactory (especially in the romance department) I thought it was really nice and comforting.

The characters felt real and I even wish it delved further into each character, aside from just their backgroundstory. But despite that, I thought it was really nice.
The protagonist, Yeongju, is into other genres than I am but we still bonded over the same things that we experience when reading, which is exactly what makes reading so beautiful.
