Overall I did enjoy this book, I loved the idea of a fish out of water plus size debutant born in India taking on the marriage mart in London. However o did have a few issues with this book. First off the main reason I picked up this book was sinde it was recommend by a plus size book blog and yes Millie is plus size and Alex LOVES her curves but their is a weight loss plot which I’m not the biggest fan of. Also in romance dialogue is so important to me and the dialogue in this book fell flat. Then I was disappointed that they did not have more mentioned of Indian tradions and culture. This family lived in India for 20 years and all they really talk about is difference in tea and weather, and then wedding henna at the very end. So an entertaining read but not a fav. But i am considering reading more of the series especially Lucy’s book, I liked how she is weird and quirky.
