I have a sense that they want to be recorded somewhere. Need to be. Demand to be, even.

This book is definitely a gem. The writing is so detailed and it makes you feels like you are actually in that tiny ward, watching the struggle of the mothers battling for their lives to give birth to their babies while being infected with Influenza. The whole reading experience are full of pain, dark and heart-wrenching feelings.
