Another one of Colleen's books that I now adore!! It was so emotional and heart wrenching like all of her books are but amazingly written. I did want more resolution at the end but maybe one day she'll write a second book like she did for Slammed? Who knows but I think a second book would be great.
Auburn is now one of my favourite females in Colleen Hoover's novels, she was strong willed and confident and loyal. I loved her so much she had so much inner strength and it was inspiring to read about, it's obvious she would do anything for the people she loved. She was also so funny, one of the funniest characters I've read about in a romance, she had this wonderful wit about her that I loved.
Owen is wonderful in every way and is what a guy should be, it was refreshing to read from his POV and see how much he felt for Auburn and how selfless he became with her. Colleen can make you fall in love with her males characters and that's exactly what happened when I read about Owen.
If you like romance, family and self discovery then this book is definitely for you! I had so much fun reading it and it just hits you in the feels.
