I DNFed this book last year and I agreed to book buddy read this book. This book was INTENSE. There were times I had to put it down for awhile. I felt so bad for Elli and what she went through. I love that Sin was trying to always be there and protect her. Were there a few moments where I was like Sin you dumb motherfucker? Absolutely. I think this book was more worse but who knows? This can be not as bad as the other ones I don’t know. Overall, if I was going to recommend this book, I would have to warn them if they already read the ritual and wanted to read the series
