Thank you NetGalley for the audiobook!

This was a fun listen with the narrators doing an amazing job, despite the main character making some of very questionable decisions. Girl put down the wine  at least if you're convinced you're being stalked by a murderer. Blacking out three nights in a row while alternating fearing for your life and denying any danger at all is crazy. I liked that she hosted a things that go bump in the night podcast instead of a true crime one.
Speaking of, the author is a true crime podcast host and it is clear she does not care for the police or their abilities bc giving the detective a pov just to make him at best incompetent and at worst actively impeding the investigation is wild. But if police in thrillers did their jobs, we wouldn't have final girls.

One star off for the finale being a thriller faux pas (I won't tell you which one)
