This is a book for people interested in New Age spirituality, meditation, and energy. Gabby often mentions "God of your understanding" so if you are able to separate the things you may think are "hokey" or "woo woo," you may get something out of this book, too.
I found it useful in helping as I change my mindset from focusing on what I lack, or what can go wrong next into more of appreciation for what I have and who is in my life, and letting go of circumstances out of my control.
It took me a couple months to complete this book. I stopped and restarted a few times. I seemed to always be in the right spot when I needed it, though-my son's car accident, my dad's death, job change, and other smaller setbacks.
