I enjoyed this book, I’m not hugely into fantasy but feel like I’m missing out on so much by not reading it so I wanted to push myself further by reading some Tolkien. This book was quite slow paced but that fit the story well and I felt like all the characters were well developed and interesting. I really liked bilbo and felt like he was a relatable character as the person who’s been dragged into all the shenanigans quite unwillingly. It was a fun book and I will definitely be continuing the LOTR series
