Sandman Vol. 11: Endless Nights by Neil Gaiman

5.0

Each volume I read, I decide is my new favorite volume in the series, but this one is really amazing.
It's 7 stories about the 7 sisters and brothers of the Endless, each told in a different format (one breaks the 4th wall, another for example is a blend of art and paragrphs, not your usual comic), and each story has a different artist, so the varying art style keeps you intrigued.

Death's story is intriguing, Desire's story is really suited to their nature, Dream's story is sad and reveals a lot about his relationship with Desire (and we see glimps of Delight before she becomes Delirium), Despair story is haunting and depressing, Delirium's story wasn't to my taste in the art style but the story itself made me cry, Destruction's story showed me more about his relationship with Delirium more than his nature, and Destiny's story was a masterpiece.
