Fairly boilerplate memoir from a star athlete, but I can only imagine the courage it took to get this all in print. I wish there had been more of what it takes to be a world-class athlete, but that would defeat the purpose. Self-help, semi-salacious memoir and a winning athlete — all in one. Enjoyable overall. And good for her.
