I'm not sure what to even say about this. I have a feeling if I had read it instead of listening to it, I would have liked it better. As it was, I had to listen to the first 40 or so minutes twice because I had no idea what was going on. When I could make myself pat attention I could tell that there was some beautiful writing going on. I had a hard time relating to and liking the characters sometimes. I always felt like I was missing something though. I kind of wish I had stopped and just read the book, but I also knew I would never be able to make myself start it if I stopped the audiobook. Anyway, this may be an amazing book. But you definitely have to pay more attention than I was able to.
