If you want a quick, fun YA heist with a romance plot and a little bit of found family, then Heiress Takes All is the book for you! Ex-heiress, Olivia plans a heist during her dad's upcoming marriage to Maureen, who will be his third wife. Fueled by her want for revenge, she assembles a team to help pull off this complex scheme to steal her dad's bank account information. While it may seem like just a straightforward revenge plot, her inner monologue reveals her inner struggle as she balances her connection between both parents, the guilt for revealing her dad's cheating which led to the divorce and disownment, and the trust and care she develops for her heist crew. I do feel like there might have been a few too many twists thrown in or at least too many uses of the trope where "someone enters the room at an inopportune time." (The final twist regarding a relationship reveal worked for me. I wouldn't change that.) While this might not speak to me as much now, I will say that teenage me who loved the Ally Carter Gallagher Girls Series would have eaten this up! (pun intended with the cake on the cover haha.)

Probably around 3.5/5 stars. A solid read and I'd entertain a sequel if there was one but not one I'll reread.
