To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee

5.0

Delicious tale, despite the language barrier. Apparently, my command of Southern country-folk language is not solid. But the themes were clear: the goodness of people, the intransigence of others. This book is definitely a marker if its time and the insight into that time makes this reader a better person in this time. This is a book that will simmer in my mind for a long time.
