Delightful twists
What a fun read! It was a quick moving storyline. I loved Lynne's strength and Rio's presence. Their chemistry was amazing and I can say I was very surprised that the twists caught me off guard, not once but twice. I would have liked more time in the underworld, but I do see that we have more books in this series so maybe we will get more of it at that time.
I don't know what it was about this, but I just really enjoyed it. It was she fell first but then he fell first but then the both fell first? Very odd lol BUT it was not the typical love story. I don't feel like she tried to portray him as anything other than what he was/is. My heart broke at one point for sweet Cherry!! Ugh.
I also really liked the paranormal/magical aspect of it too. That was a nicely added touch and it made it a different storyline than one I've read. Not to mention a VERY different ending than what I'm used it.
