Lots of repetition. But perhaps, this was by design to drill home the central points to a distracted reader, who is presumably learning to make better use of their time by reading this book in the first place. I personally learned a lot from this book and think it is worthwhile to read it with an open mind— you’ll need it because Burkeman is not shy about sharing his personal perspectives. Overall a helpful read and will be one that I come back to every now and again to remind myself how short 4,000 weeks really is.
