The Survivors Club
by Lisa Gardner
Let's see, how to rate this book? Well, I loved the "Survivors" themselves; I think the author did a great job portraying each woman and their struggles, and I felt like the reader really gets to "know" these ladies. Now the book itself was a unique and twisted crime; I enjoyed the suspense and guessing who the culprit was but wow, Gardner is so detailed in how the criminals mastermind the crimes, that it makes me feel a little uneasy. We all know there are lots of crazies in the world, but to feel like you are in their head when Gardner narrates their thought processes is interesting yet unsettling at the same time.
