What a rollercoaster ride!

What really won me over here, was the relationship between Bear and the Kid. The protectiveness and the love they show give me life and reassurance that all is well in the world.

I super duper adored the Kid! He is probably the best book-kid I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

The love story is a little bit consealed behind Bear's (sometimes crazy) mind, and it is a slooooow burn, but when it pokes its head out, it's goals.

The middle part dragged a little bit because I started to dislike Bear's inability to step up to himself and those around him, but then the last part came around, and I loved it all again.

I definitely cried tears here, especially in the beginning and end as the mother-story is heartbreaking, and it's all written so well that you can't help but feel it all.
