This book has been hard to read. I'm a Christian and I enjoy reading books centered and grounded in GOD but this book honestly felt more about her and her needs than a book to reach out to everyone a CHRIST centered approach to rest.

I have literally struggled to get through 25%. I DNF'd and it's not for me.
