Leaders Eat Last: Why Some Teams Pull Together and Others Don't by Simon Sinek

5.0

I'll give this book 5 stars with a caveat. The five stars are for what he says in his central point, however the anecdotes he uses to illustrate his point reveal a very naïve understanding of things outside his area of expertise.

One example is his story about how politicians on opposite sides of the aisle are not friends anymore like they were in the good old days. I've worked in government and opposing politicians are still very willing to joke and laugh with each other in the back halls and when the cameras aren't rolling.

Overall, there were maybe two or three chapters (out of 27) that were tempting me to skip ahead, but other than those, I would recommend this book.
