I've only made a few things from this cookbook and liked all of them. The Cowboy Beans are divine! And easy too. I tried making his chipotle salsa and found it too spicy but simply added some fire-roasted tomatoes and toned it down. His steak and caramelize onion tacos are good. But his tortilla recipe needs the addition of at least a teaspoon of salt. Definitely easy cooking and great flavors.
