Carrie Soto Is Back
by Taylor Jenkins Reid
I did not care for the main character. She softened some as the book progressed which made me dislike her LESS, but I never really enjoyed her or felt invested in her as a person.
I am not super familiar with the game of tennis and its lingo; and there were parts that were written in Spanish that my tenth grade comprehension didn’t understand. I was able to read between the lines but it did pull my attention at times. So those also were downsides for me.
Overall, the storyline was good but unfortunately my least favorite TJR book.
