What a gripping audiobook! Particularly having listened during the Covid-19 pandemic. The narrators were great as was the storyline. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to stomach the story given today’s restrictions and fears for the future but it did illustrate how strong we humans are and our ability to adapt and overcome the unthinkable.
