I enjoyed this more than I thought I would, I think it's probably my second or third favorite Bridgerton so far. I think writing Eloise must have been fun but also hard to write her growth and her easy settling. I get the logic of how she acted though and don't find that she's incompatible with Phillip at all.

Phillip I had issues with, men being men especially in a historical setting. I still don't know how to feel about the handling of Marina either. So, solid 3 stars.
