my favorite book by lacour, as while i was reading i felt as though it depicted the teenage experience and mindset effectively. i found the situations the characters found themselves in to be relatable, yet challenging (as youth is). this story brought attention to realistic struggles teenagers endure on the daily, and how some drown within those struggles, unable to get help.
