The Last Coyote by Michael Connelly

4.0

A very powerful book. Delves deeply into the history of the main character and it brings out lots of different emotions in him. There are some guilt feelings about his mom's death and the deaths of some others he feels he may have caused inadvertently. The past and the present become entangled as he decides to figure out who killed his mom. Some of the suspects end up dead and even though they did not do the actual killing they were not without criminal guilt.
Was surprised to see who was the actual killer and a little saddened by it also, did not suspect that person at all.
