The Courage to Be Disliked: How to Free Yourself, Change your Life and Achieve Real Happiness by Fumitake Koga, Ichiro Kishimi

3.5

Audiobook: I really enjoyed how this was written, the conversational argument between the boy and the philosopher and how they were characterized was so good. The voice actors were incredible, but I can't lie the pov of the boy was soo annoying. Also, at times I felt it was purposefully condescending bc of the pov.

I can't say I completely agree w Adlerian philosophy, but this was a really great resource to understand it. I would've been quite bored if I didn't have life experience that this philosophy applies so well to. With that said, this book unraveled some thoughts and feelings in my head. I think this is a really great resource for teachers
