Mae West's life is turned upside down when she finds out that her husband, Paul, was running a Ponzi scheme and is being sent to prison. Mae is left with no home, no money, and no friends. All that she is left with is an RV and a campground in Kentucky. With no other options, Mae heads there in hopes of selling the place and figuring out her next moves. But when she arrives at the campground she soon realizes that it didn't look like the brochure at all, the place has been neglected and run down. And not to mention the people that remain in the campground hate her husband. Then Paul escapes from prison and turns up dead in the campground's lake. Mae being the logical prime suspect, begins to work to clear her name.
I was really hoping to like this book more than I did. But it just wasn't the book for me and I'm not sure I'm going to even attempt the other books in this series. Also, the title of this book is kind of mis-leading.
