Spoilers Ahead: This book has me sobbing. The pacing was amazing, the characters were amazing, just all of it was just what I needed. I thought that Ash finding Poppy and falling immediately in love with her was a bit unrealistic, but as the book went on, I found out it worked quite well with the idea of soulmates, so it didn’t bother me that much. This whole book was so cleverly written, and I love the idea of reapers, it is such a unique idea, especially the way it’s presented. I wish I would have seen more about her family after Ash’s passing, but I understand why. This is one of those books that you read and you feel like your whole perspective has changed. I can’t get over how much this book means to me, and I would definitely recommend. I hope that Ash and Poppy managed to meet on the other side in the end :)
