I had heard great things about this book but I didn’t expect it to be so good. Weyward follows 3 timelines, Kate in 2019, Violet in 1942 and Altha in 1619. Three women that don’t appear to be linked but as the story progresses you find out they aren’t so dissimilar from each other and each has their own trials to overcome. Emilia Hart weaves together a great tale and each timeline is engaging with a story to tell. The sensitive themes in the book are handled with great care.
