The Almost Moon by Alice Sebold

1.0

I followed the Nancy Pearl rule for books you can't get into, and even after fifty pages, this was still way too bleak for my taste. All that introspection post-killing her mother, but hardly any of it guilt about killing her mother was just too much. Since this was an ebook, I only metaphorically put it down after that point (read: deleted it from my Kobo.)
