Full Disclosure: I've never actually read a Sherlock Holmes book... But I have seen the RDJ movies and the BBC show :)
This book had some pretty interesting things in it, and it was obvious that the author did a lot of research, but there were so many parts that were super boring and I just skipped over them.
Still, if you like Sherlock Holmes (even if you've never read the books) or if you even just like detectives, you should definitely give this book a try.
