A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin

2.0

It's been over a decade since I first read Thrones and as much as I enjoy the political intrigue, I forgot how exhausting a book with multiple narrators can be. It's as if Martin couldn't decide on what type of book to write (political, fantastical, erotic).
There's so much story to tell, and it's a disservice and an injustice to that story to not develop it/them completely. As much fun as the series is to read, so much is glossed over or just not developed enough.
