This is the most I have related to a book to the point it had me crying in the gym listening to the audiobook. I have endometriosis, Adenomyosis and a thyroid condition and this book just hit me at the right time. I am already fairly knowledgeable about my conditions and I even wrote a dissertation on endo back in 2023 but I still got so much out of the book and frankly I wish it had been around when I was writing it.
