Ninth House by Leigh Bardugo

5.0

I’ve read all of Bardugo’s books in the last year, and it’s been fascinating to experience the growth of her writing in such a compressed time. Her imagination and world building were excellent from the start; but at a sentence level she has just gotten exponentially more complex, vivid, and rich. It’s like witnessing a write hone her craft in real time - and we get to benefit from it. This was really good and I can’t wait for the next. I have no doubt it gets even better from here.
