This book made me officially realize I am just not one of the hate to love girlies. I really thought it wasn't fully thought out. All the fmc wanted was revenge, and that's all she talked about for 90% of the book. Her actions didn't show that in my opinion. It was very much tell and not show. The development of all the side characters was weak, in my opinion. I did enjoy the setting, though, and I've always enjoyed Jinn stories. This one just didn't give enough.
