A beautiful story of a lifelong friendship and how there are connections that are much deeper than romantic. Also there's trauma, which appears to be the main reason I'll love a book.
Graphic: Toxic relationship, Chronic illness, Injury/injury detail, Medical trauma, Murder, Car accident, Mass/school shootings, Death of parent, Grief, and Gun violence
