I really liked the speeches! They felt like a confirmation that I should continue to stay true to my principles and for example not eat meat. However it's incredibly frustrating to know that that's not enough and that we need some systemic changes through laws. And it's even more frustrating to read these speeches from 2018-2020 and to know that barely anything has changed since then.
Other reviews said the speeches are repetitive - yes they are, and yes I started to skim-read them after a while. But I wouldn't fault the book for that because that's bound to happen with a collection of speeches by the same person on the same topic when the important recipients don't listen.
