While I understood Ursa's arc, it wasn't my favorite of the books in the series. However, I loved the three main characters as a unit.

As with the other books in this series there is graphic sexual content that falls within BDSM territory. The death of Zuri's mother is discussed briefly with respect to her relationship with her father. Zuri's sisters also believe she's been kidnapped - despite her willing participation in the relationship she enters into.
