Not sure why it was put on my recommendations, but I'm glad it was. Charming and easy to read, it feels like a very familiar story complete with the simple message, life is what you make of it, live in the now and stop assuming what others think of you. I like that she was honest about the negativity of this experience, not just the positive aspects, as well as acknowledging the problematic aspects of self-help regimes as well as the genuine gems you can mine from them. Worth a read.
