The Myth of Sisyphus by Albert Camus

5.0

To summarise the Myth of Sisyphus is about the purpose of life, how absurd it is and whether or not to commit suicide. I think the primary point of the book is to say fuck it and just live your life anyway despite the absurdism and purposelessness of consciousness and life itself. That you can create your own meaning and purpose even if that purpose is of itself one of purposelessness (Kind of like saying well why not enjoy it anyway despite that).

I really enjoyed the philosophical musings and it's got me interested to read more Camus!
