I discovered Swati through the MomComs series and fell in love with her brand of romcoms with heart. Pitch for Me is no exception, and I am now hooked on this series. Swati does a beautiful job of making you fall in love with not only the main characters, but all the surrounding cast too. Some of my favourite parts of the books were interactions between Troy and his boys (the group chats!) and Sarina and her girl group. I also absolutely adored the representation in the story and seeing Rome learn ASL for Pearl melted my heart. Baseball is not a sport I'm usually drawn to for romances, but it brought a fresh, light perspective to this story. I loved seeing the relationship bloom between Troy and Sarina, and also with both of their kids. This book had me laughing out loud at times, and pulled at my heartstrings at others. I loved it and can't wait to read more by Swati!
