** these two narrators together are fabulous! I freaking devoured this book! I ate it up!
This is the third book in the Bridesmaid Series and it does not disappoint!
I absolutely LOVED this book! I laughed so hard and the emotional depth with these characters was so touching. Chefs kiss to this book!
Hudson is the oldest shopper sibling and he has a lot n his shoulders. Hard working but kind to his staff. He’s broody/grumpy and doesn’t allow himself to relax and enjoy life. He wants to grow the business that his siblings and himself are building out of their fathers shadow and control.
Sloane is a young 22 yr old who is in need of a job for experience. Her brother Jude is friends with Hudson and business partners with him along with being married to Hudson’s sister. Jude gets Hudson to hire Sloane as his assistant. Months into this endeavor and Sloane can’t hold her tongue. She lets out her sassy, sunshine, HILARIOUS , and strong willed self. I absolutely loved her!
These two end up in an arrangement that is mutually beneficial. Hudson refuses to let any lines get blurred while Sloane wants to enjoy while they can. Things take a turn and boy oh boy it gets so good.
If you want to laugh you butt off and cry at points while getting put back together in the end listen or read this book. I promise you will not be left unsatisfied! Hudson delivers 😉
