Daughter of Deep Silence by Carrie Ryan

4.0

First, this book took me forever simply because I was listening to it on audiobook even though I own the physical copy. (I really enjoyed the narrator on another book and had to get rid of some Audible credits.) It was a pretty good book. There were some amazing lines throughout. I haven't read anything by Carrie Ryan before (even though I own her other series...) but I liked her style. The ending felt rushed, but you'll get that with most standalone, but the characters are well-developed. Overall, this was a good read.
