Crónica de una muerte anunciada by Gabriel García Márquez
3.0

Not my favorite Márquez story, but engrossing and a meaningful read all the same. The weight of the moral questions Márquez poses about communal collective responsibility was intensified when I found out the account is based off a true story. The physical violence was described in such graphic detail, and was difficult for me to get through, but I found the read worth it.
